Military holds interdenominational service ahead Armed Forces Remembrance Day

An Interdenominational Church Service of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration 2019 was held yesterday Sunday 14th January, 2019.
The yearly event is aimed at paying tribute to the country’s military men who died fighting for peace and security.
At the interdenominational service held ahead of the celebration in Abuja, Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, said this year’s Armed Forces Remembrance activities hold stronger memories than previous ones.
This is as against the backdrop of the number of military men who died in the line of duty.
